We at HUE Salons have missed you and are looking forward to having you back in the salon. In preparation to reopen we are asking you to do the following:
Booking - Our team will begin calling about appointments on June 2. The team will be working to reschedule appointments that were cancelled after HUE Salons closed on March 20th. We will open online booking later in June. For now we ask that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
Health - Please ensure you are not showing signs of illness before your appointment. Our #1 goal is to ensure the safety of our guests and wonderful team. If you have an of the following symptoms please stay home, we are happy to reschedule your appointment:
o Sore throat
o Other COVID-19 symptoms
Our Team - The team will be regularly tested for COVID-19. At the beginning of each shift we will check temperatures to limit risk.
In the Salon - Masks are required for all services provided. Please come with a mask. We are limiting the number of team members and guest within the salon at one time to minimize risk. We ask that you follow social distancing rules while during your appointment.
The waiting area is closed. We ask that you let us know when you arrive, but please stay in your car. We will let you know when it is okay to enter the salon. Please understand that only you are allowed in the salon during your appointment, friends and family cannot join you during your appointment.
As reopen our plan is to be open by appointment 7-days per week. This will allow for more flexible booking.
We ask that you pay by credit card at this time. If paying by credit presents an issue we can work with you on other payment options.
